We're building a Data Extraction API so you can pull Perform reporting data out of Kallidus and into your own centralized data store or BI tool of choice. For Document and URL lessons, we've added the ability to turn on a system-wide declaration. When your users complete these types of lessons, they'll be asked to declare that they have read and understood the content.

Currently all self assessed skill level changes need to be approved by a line manager. This new configuration option will allow you to decide if this doesn't need to happen and all changes are automatically approved

Dynamic access to Reporting

We've added a new option under Platform Settings to hide inactive users in search results from Managers and Employees. This helps ensure inactive users are less discoverable by non-Admins. Learn more 

Deprioritize or hide inactive users from search

In Learn, Users or their managers can submit a notification request when they want to attend an event that is either not currently scheduled or doesn’t have a suitable date. This lets Learn administrators know there’s interest in a particular lesson - even if no sessions are currently available.

The Future Event Dates Notification report brings all these requests into one place to help administrators track and respond to this demand. It provides visibility over how many learners are waiting, what they’re waiting for, and how well the current event schedule is meeting demand.

Enabling Admins to set the current skill level for a user

Admins can set current levels for users

We will be adding the option to have OTS refresher mode only show the refresher mode dialogue if a user has completed the course in question before.

This will affect any second completion of the course, whether the course is a part of continuous accreditation or not. This option would suit setups where refresher behaviour is desirable but going through the full course on the first completion is desired to be mandatory.

Existing users will not be affected without action as this will be an entirely opt-in behaviour.

Group administrators who can view their Group members in Perform are now able to:

This enables Perform admins to delegate Perform reporting, helping distribute admin responsibilities more effectively. By granting Group Admin access, you can empower managers or team leads to oversee reviews, objectives, and feedback for members of their assigned Group(s), without giving them full system-wide admin access.

Based on your feedback, we understand that some customers need to export the specific report they've built - instead of the underlying dataset as currently available via SFTP. Additionally, we also know that the in-app Power BI export functionality is highly limited for large reports exceeding 150,000 rows. 

We are currently exploring solutions to enable the exporting of large reports as CSVs on a schedule, via email and/or SFTP.

We're making several highly requested improvements to Sapling's signature request documents. 

Document Enhancements

A new section within the review form which can be added.  This section enables both the reviewer and reviewee to record actions at the end of the review. 

It also includes generative AI to help suggest actions based on the review outcomes.  

This new functionality supports both managers and reviewees at the most crucial stage of the review, taking stock of the last period and planning actions moving forward.

We've added the ability to show document descriptions in the notification to all assignees. This improves your employee onboarding experience by providing clarity on the contents of each document - and you can also use it to include key instructions! Learn more

You can now grant access to specific reports by Group. Previously, this was only possible by selecting users individually. In combination with Group Rules, this ensures you can continuously and dynamically manage access to specific reports without requiring manual intervention.

Currently, setting up reminders for a report requires you to multi-select individual users from a long list. To help reduce this manual effort, we'll be adding the ability to select users by Learn group. This not only allows you to quickly set up reminders for a group of users, it also allows you to dynamically recipients of the reminder using Group Rules.

In Learn, the time a User spends learning is tracked by the system. This data can be useful to L&D teams to understand how much time is dedicated to learning, and how efficient their offering is in terms of delivery. In this report, you can see both actual time spent in eLearning and live events, plus estimated durations set at the Lesson level. 

Note that time spent viewing learning while in Review mode, is not tracked.

Introducing three new question types within the review form:

These question types will enable you to build comparison grids across these criteria.  You will start to be able to identify those individuals who are possible talent risks, consistent performers and stars within your business.  

In addition, you will be able to cross correlate behaviour against performance.  Identifying those individuals who are performing well but at the cost of others through their behaviour can also be shown.

Previously, reminders could only be sent to individual users within the system, which meant shared email addresses had to be set up as a "user". Now, multiple shared emailed addresses can be entered as recipients directly within the reminder setup.

Improved accessibility for the eBooks that accompany Kallidus OTS lessons in our responsive player. Learners with access needs will be able to use screenreaders for both lesson and eBook. These improved eBooks will be rolled out across all our responsive player lessons and will be attached to all UK library lessons as they are upgraded to this player during 2025.

For Kallidus content, we've added in-content in-app speech translation allows your learners to hear the lesson voiceover in their preferred language, at the touch of a button. This feature will be available for Kallidus off-the-shelf responsive player content, and augments the text translation ability. Speech translation will be available in the 29 most commonly requested languages by our learners.

If your users already use the offline app for Learn or wish to take advantage of it, they can now benefit from having Perform available within this when they are online.

If that user has access to Perform then they can use this to its full extent within the app.

AI SMART objectives - this item is already available to customers.  It helps your managers and users to write better objectives based around the SMART format.  Using AI, it helps to ensure objectives are specific and measurable.
